Happy New Year everyone!  I will post the latest music news here as it happens.  The Time Jumpers new Album should be out this year and as soon as I know the release date and/or other info I will post it here.  The Fiddle Fest has not been rescheduled as of yet and I will post any developments with that as soon as I know.  Thanks and have a great 2012!!  Larry

Lucilles & Larry Franklin Band Reunion

On Oct 9 the Loose Wheels Club in Denison, TX hosted a Reunion for everyone that worked at or gathered at a favorite club from the past called Lucilles. Lucilles was destroyed by a fire years ago but was considered the “Best Damn Honky Tonk in Texas” in the 80″s. The Larry Franklin Band started as the House Band at Lucilles in 1980 and reunited for the first time in 27 years along with some of the other popular bands that played there including the Tennessee Hat Band, Southern Sky and the Texas Rythm Band as well as a couple other killer bands. It would be hard for me put into words how much fun we had and how good it was to see and hear everyone. I’ll just say it was one of the best things I’ve ever been a part of and I couldn’t have enjoyed it more! Thanks to Loose Wheels Texas and Buddy & Jo Gray for hosting the Event. FiddleFest 2011

Unfortunately, the FiddleFest has been postponed for 2011.  But we are preparing to comeback in 2012 better than ever.  I hope everyone that has supported and enjoyed this event will continue to do so in the future and I will post updates here as soon as they become available.  A Big Thanks to everyone for all your support!!!
